Consulting engagements

All consulting work is governed by a written Statement of Work (SOW) or engagement letter signed prior to commencement. The terms on this page apply to general use of this website. Specific engagement terms are defined in each individual contract.

Referral Relationships

In select large-scale IT or managed service provider engagements, referral relationships may exist. When applicable, any compensation arrangement is disclosed clearly in writing prior to engagement.

All recommendations are made based on business fit, operational standards, and long-term outcomes.

Intellectual property

Deliverables produced during an engagement (reports, roadmaps, documentation) become property of the client upon full payment. Methodologies, templates, and frameworks remain the intellectual property of the consultant unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

Consulting advice is provided in good faith based on available information at the time. Liability for recommendations is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. Neither party is liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
